Savantor leads the charge on card operations efficiency and platform change

Demand increases for Operational & Migration Effectiveness

As the economic crisis has intensified, banks are more than ever seeking ways to reduce risk and improve their operational efficiency. In addition, the re-structuring of the payments card market across Europe has led to an extensive set of change programmes for traditional organisations and new entrants. Savantor is therefore re-doubling its efforts to meet this demand head-on by bringing clients their proven experience in how to improve card operations efficiency and reduce risk when they embark upon processing platform change.

Card operations efficiency

To help banks become more efficient, Savantor has created a series of cost-effective operational improvement packages that cover such areas as Fraud, Interchange, Collections, Chargebacks and Authorisations. For example, two recent efficiency reviews resulted in annual chargeback process improvements estimated at over €300,000 and annual fraud operations savings of up to €3 million.
