Rabobank – Payments Strategy

Rabobank uses Savantor’s industry expertise to develop their card platform strategy and transition plan options

Rabobank identified the need to critically assess their existing card payment infrastructure and wished to utilise independent expertise to supplement their team.

A review was required of the current technical and business strategy for a future cards platform which would enable them to deliver against strategic objectives.

  • Positioned the bank to refine the future strategic model.
  • Consolidated the business and technical requirements into a high-level list of key drivers.
  • Developed a shortlist of potential strategic and tactical solution providers to meet the programme objectives.
  • Delivered a target plan for the bank to achieve the desired future state.
