The critical success factors were a seamless conversion of an established Visa portfolio to an independent third party processed TS2 system, while restructuring a fully operational back-office.

  • Supported Project Management Office function to plan, maintain direction and deliver.
  • Defined key migration activities across all vendors and managed interface testing.
  • Trained and supported Operations to ensure they were positioned to take over functions previously undertaken by agent.
  • Supported authorisation parameters review to cover both conversion and ongoing requirements.
  • Enhanced financial reconciliation and settlement disciplines
  • Provided specialist collections and risk expertise to set up, test and transform processes.
