Savantor’s Subject Matter Experts help integrate the ABN AMRO Card

Savantor’s team of Subject Matter Experts worked alongside ABN AMRO staff to help them build a new organisation (AA Interfinance - AAI) capable of effectively managing and controlling the ABN AMRO card portfolio following its migration from Interpay. ABN AMRO selected Savantor for the breadth and depth of their card industry knowledge.

Savantor’s team undertook the following:

  • Interim Head of Credit and Risk
  • Building of a best practice credit and risk function within AAI.
  • Analysis and build of the new daily Settlement and Reconciliation processes. Implementation of a standardised ‘four part balancing’process.
  • Interim management of the settlement function within the AAI finance team.
  • Design and implementation of rejected payments processes and procedures.
  • Process design, recruitment and training for the Application & Transactional Fraud functions
  • Interim management of the Application & Transactional Fraud team.
  • Development of a 5 year Financial Budget model and the establishment of Financial Planning & Analysis capability.
