Processor migration projects utilised our Business Transformation model to successfully convert card portfolios to or from processors or in-house systems. This includes business process engineering, development management, testing, data mapping, operational readiness and conversion.
Operational projects have included maximisation of system capabilities and cost efficiencies using processor control features; call centre benchmarking and efficiencies; customer quality care improvements; card scheme regulation audits and interpretation.
Worked with major banks to create and manage back-office operational services, such as an outsourced overflow and contingency data entry operation.
