How We Work
To support our clients we are dedicated to achieving successful delivery by ensuring our assignments deliver what the client wants.Every assignment will have a Savantor resource allocated to ensure the client is happy and that requirements are understood, expectations are set appropriately and that progress is monitored.
A Statement of Work is produced which covers:
Aim and objectives of this phase of the assignment including Scope, Assumptions and Constraints
Project plan and approach including review points
Deliverables to be produced by Savantor indicating dependencies and due dates
Management process to be used to report progress, approve deliverables and provide quality assurance.
This document is referenced throughout the life of the assignment so any changes can be managed appropriately.
With this approach Savantor’s Clients can feel confident that they will get what they want from an assignment.
