BMW Financial Services - Migration
Savantor’s migration specialists assist BMW Financial Services’ migration to First DataSavantor’s team of Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts were responsible for significant elements of BMW Financial Services’ project to migrate their card portfolio to First Data International’s platform.
BMW, based in Munich, selected Savantor for their experience of the European Credit Card market and their detailed knowledge of the FDI platform.
Savantor’s team undertook the following:
Specification, review and sign off for all Data Conversion Documentation. Working closely with all suppliers to ensure all requirements were met.
Plan and execution of a series of test conversions to ensure that all the data would be converted correctly and within a suitable timeframe.
Control and monitor the overall implementation plan leading up to and during the Migration weekend.
Working alongside the BMW testing team to provide detailed knowledge of both Credit Cards and the FDI platform.
Construction of a detailed operational readiness plan to ensure that all elements of the business, IT and their suppliers were co-ordinated once the new systems were operational.
