ABN AMRO - Migration
Savantor’s Migration Services team manage the ABN AMRO card migration to TSYSSavantor’s team of Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts were responsible for the delivery of significant elements of the ABN AMRO credit card portfolio migration to Total Systems’ TS2 platform. ABN AMRO selected Savantor for their in depth knowledge and experience of similar card migrations and for the expertise of their subject matter experts.
Savantor’s team undertook the following:
Design, construction and control of an overall migration implementation plan.
Constructed and managed the programme-wide control centre, responsible for the control and monitoring of all key deliverables as well as the problem management process.
Project managed the conversion workstream for the Commercial card implementation.
Plan and executed a ‘Friends and Family’ pilot for each phase of the migration.
Project management of various testing phases for the Consumer and Commercial card implementations.
Process validation and improvement.
