Savantor support major bank in first UK contactless card launchDue to business pressures, the bank required specialist external support to achieve their desired timescales for the first pilot of contactless functionality to take place in the UK. Savantor conducted a detailed requirements gathering exercise and subsequent analysis of business requirements for the pilot of a debit card containing MCI Paypass functionality.
Savantor’s team undertook the following:
Requirements gathering with bank Business, Operational and IT staff.
Analysis of output from requirements gathering to produce Statement of Requirements for launch and subsequent roll out.
Impact of requirements on bank systems to facilitate subsequent IT development.
Assessment of development effort required by bank IT group.
Production of project plan for pilot and roll out.
