PrimeLine - Card Launch
Savantor’s card operations specialists facilitate PrimeLine’s Visa credit card launchSavantor played a significant role in the launch of a Visa branded Credit Card for private label card provider PrimeLine, which is part of the Cofinoga Group.
PrimeLine, based in the Netherlands, selected Savantor for their experience of the European Credit Card market and their detailed knowledge of the First Data International platform, which was the chosen platform for the card launch.
Savantor’s team undertook the following:
Act as the co-ordination point between PrimeLineand Visa and FDI, since PrimeLinewere new to Credit Card issuing and new to using the services of a multi client third party processor.
Guidance through the new member and new card issuing processes with Visa and ensured that all scheme regulations were adhered to.
Act as overall Programme Manager for the delivery of the new card programme, including the detailed planning and preparation for card launch.
Provided day to day operational support during the launch phases to ensure speedy resolution of issues, including the control and escalation of issues and actions with FDI, set up of Service Reviews and verification of monthly invoices.
