ICE - Testing - EMV Card Launch

Assist with creating the chip rules for a new ICE Travellers Cash card, as the knowledge did not exist internally. The rules were signed off by MasterCard on the first draft which allowed the project to progress rapidly.
Manage the live testing at ATM and POS, develop scripts and bring valuable market experience to the project.
Savantor’s team undertook the following:
Provided guidance in recommending appropriate EMV parameter settings for the new card.
Developed a full set of test scripts for POS and ATM live testing.
Conducted the testing at a variety of retail outlets and ATMs.
Provided guidance on how to resolve problems with the PIN management on the card.
Provided subsequent consultancy on card personalisation issues.
