The bank selected Savantor for their knowledge and experience of similar card migrations.
Savantor undertook the following:
Responsible for planning and managing the delivery of the logic for the data mapping of the consumer and commercial card platforms.
Liaison between ATOS (old processor) and TSYS (new processor).
Design, build and implementation of the Data Verification activities required to check the data being converted for all rehearsals and live conversion.
Construction and management of the data exception process.
